Fresh fresh fresh garden veggies wrapped up in rice paper wrappers with spicy ginger cilantro sweet chili sauce. OMG they were good! The best part is they are so easy and quick to make.

Starfish Stinkhorns are some of the weirdest looking things I have seen. Growing out of the wood chips under a palm tree. Only a couple of inches high.
